"Being able to remember more things, lets you be more conscious; therefore, more alive"

Before this program I used to somehow live on an automatic pilot. This program along with other books I have red, have helped me to be more conscious about myself, my surroundings and my life overall. I have copied some of Jim's habits which have helped me to feel better, somehow change my perspective about life and the benefits we can get from everyday situations. Being able to remember more things, lets you be more conscious; therefore, more alive.
