Before I began this programme, I already realised how many people I coach on a regular basis. As a collage Instructor, tutor and mentor this is a large part of my work. I also Instruct Martial Arts and coach specific aspects of combat. Yet I had not considered coaching in it's own right as another part of my arsenal. This programme crystallised my planning, what my strengths are and how I'd like to help. I've decided to invest my time further in pursuing this as a full time business. The course has sparked something deep inside and given me clarification to pursue this as not just a possibility but now i can see and almost taste the reality unfolding. The course in a nutshell breaks down the Who, What and most importantly Why. The clarity it gives you about your own motives and what you need to work further on is most refreshing. It has allowed me to delve back into the past as well as look into the future, to relive the reason Why i do all that I do, to be honest and open and unafraid to be authentically me. Most importantly it has given me the chance to analyse and appreciate the value of my story and how I can pass this value to others. The most positive aspects of the course for myself is that I was almost excited to get cracking on with course tasks. Motivation has been an issue for myself at times yet I found this course easy to pickup, even after missing a few days. It's also nice to know there are others in the same boat and going through the same journey as yourself, having the chance to interact with people globally and watch the learning process change attitudes has been a highlight, some of the comments and reactions on the Facebook page has been priceless (some truly beautiful people out there). In conclusion I'd like to say thanks for the opportunity, learning and belief.
