As I've accelerated my Personal Growth journey in the last 10 months, having done my Lifebook, Duality, Becoming Limitless etc. and having researched also global sources of how our mind and manifestations works and so on, for me the first part of the quest was more of a confirmation of being in a great frame of Mind for now finally being READY to coach - in a nutshell: I am happy being Me - and serve in my current best version, with the aim to always evolve. What was very useful for me and new insight: the pragmatic and very practical resources and advices Ajit shared about how to go about the business aspects of coaching (like contract and packages etc.). Also, I learnt more about some frameworks I wasn't familiar with like DSP or the dichotomies (knew others like transaction analysis). As I am focused so much on providing Value, but I also know that taking care of my Abundance is my responsibility and choice too. Some of the perspectives on sales for me had to be shifted a bit, to get comfortable with building a business from what I naturally do and love to give to the world. How to approach clients and have those initial conversations were also valuable insight. The sneak peak into the ways of working of Ajit really helped me start thinking of this as PRESENT and something that is absolutely doable and achievable. I feel more ready about my Leadership Coaching now. I always love to learn and I always mean to. I started coaching a fellow Lifebook member to add Value to him and learn for myself too, not as a business, just as a start of easing into my Leadership Coach activity on a companionship basis. I work out the practical details about collaboration and how to build my client network from here on, approaching it with an Abundance Mindset and concentrate on Value contribution while allowing things to fall into place. I feel great about this and very grateful about that sense of belonging to the Value contributors and this great community. From this place, I'm looking forward to see how it unfolds and ready to take the best actions I can. Thank you Team!
