I've been a coach for several years, so I thought I knew my way round. But coaching was really hard 'work' and I struggled to manage my energy throughout the week. The program helped me to get a clearer view of my strengths and to approach my business as a business. That's a huge difference from the 'saviour of people' I've been for a long time. Now I have more confidence and really pick my clients, thus taking a 'no' as a signal that we really don't have a fit, instead of forcing the sale and having a bad relation.
