I used to be rather hesitant of actually seeing myself as a coach, officially. I have gathered quite a lot of experience through former positions managing coaching workshops myself and have been a person people come to for advice, but always felt this might not be enough. 
 Through this program, I was able to gain structure and find my starting point. 
 I am happy to say that this program made me take action, and it feels right.
