"One of the greatest gifts was the intimacy of my Mini Mastermind group. That small circle gave me strength, inspiration, and a place where my voice felt seen"

Growing up, my voice was something I learned to silence. Not because I didn’t have anything to say — but because being quiet kept the peace. Dimming my light made things easier for everyone around me. Staying small was how I received love. And reading the room before speaking became my way of staying safe.
Over time, that pattern shaped just about everything. Being with others was exhausting, expect for very few, as I grew up constantly scanning for reactions, adjusting myself, and staying silent unless I was sure it was “safe enough.”
And as I challenged myself to step out from this story, being told more than once that I was “incoherent” or “not a strong communicator” - only deepened the belief that maybe my voice just wasn’t meant to be heard.
This course started down the same path – I heard the same comments. However, somewhere working through the exercises of gathering my stories and doing the homework, and just showing up over and over, this course changed that.
Speaking & Influence didn’t just teach me how to speak. It reminded me that my voice matters. And to appreciate that concepts like clarity and confidence are practices that you build. And that authenticity — not perfection — is what creates true impact.
One of the greatest gifts was the intimacy of my Mini Mastermind group. That small circle gave me strength, inspiration, and something I didn’t even realize I was needed: a place where my voice felt seen, valued, and welcomed.
Every session felt like an energetic lift — not just in what we learned, but in how we witnessed each other growing. Seeing so many people show up consistently, vulnerably, and courageously was beautiful. It reminded me that transformation is a shared experience – meaningful and alive.
And then there’s Eric.
The way he teaches — the authenticity, the humor, the generosity, the mastery — is extraordinary. He doesn’t just teach speaking. He embodies it.
Watching him model excellence, storytelling, presence, and heart-centered impact was an exquisite experience. He holds a space so genuine that it naturally elevates everyone who steps into it.
I leave this program with a deeper confidence in my voice, a clearer sense of who I am when I speak, and a new belief that my words can land, resonate, and make a difference.
I’m grateful for the space this course created — a space that allowed me to unlearn old patterns, step into authenticity, and upgrade my identity as a communicator and leader.
Thank you, Mindvalley.
 Thank you, Eric.
Thank you to everyone who shared this experience with me.
You’ve helped me reclaim something I didn’t realize I had lost: the freedom to speak as myself.
With deep gratitude, Karan
