Before I stepped into the Mindvalley Speaking & Influence Mastery program, my speaking world felt small. I had a few opportunities here and there, but every time I stood on a stage, I could feel my nerves take over. I tried so hard to memorize every word that I would lose the connection with myself—and with the audience. When I later watched the recordings, I saw the signs of that anxiety everywhere… the “ands” and “umms,” the constant glances down at the floor, the tightness in my voice.
I knew I had a message inside me. I just didn’t yet have the confidence or the tools to inspire.
That’s why I enrolled in this Mastery—to find my voice.
Not just any voice… but my authentic, grounded, story-rich voice.
I wanted to become the kind of speaker people listen to not because I have the perfect words, but because I speak from a place of truth. I wanted to feel real confidence and earn genuine credibility.
Throughout the Mastery, I dove deep into storytelling, crafted my origin story, refined my speech map, and—maybe my proudest moment—created my first promotional video. With each step, I could feel myself expanding, letting go of old habits, trusting myself more.
And I have to say, so much of this growth came from Eric’s extraordinary coaching and the kindness and professionalism of the entire Mindvalley team. With every live session, Eric’s guidance helped me stretch into a version of myself I didn’t even know was waiting. His insight, clarity, and stories created a space where I felt capable. And the Mindvalley staff were professional and supportive.
And the results are already showing up.
I recently spoke on stage, and afterward someone I deeply love and respect pulled me aside and said, “Wow, you’ve grown so much from the Mastery class… and you were even funny!” That meant the world to me.
And at a networking event last week, I shared my new elevator pitch—and to my delight, I was immediately invited to speak at a community event in January. That had never happened before.
My Top 3 Takeaways
Connection beats perfection. Speaking is about being present, not memorized.
My stories ARE my power. When I share from lived experience, people lean in.
Confidence grows through practice. The more I speak in this new way, the more natural, joyful and even funny it becomes.
The Biggest Positive Changes
I now feel calm, grounded, and even excited stepping onto a stage.
I trust my voice—and I trust myself.
I no longer feel the need to memorize; I speak with flow, clarity, and authenticity.
And most surprisingly… I allow myself to be playful. I even let humor in.
Why I Recommend This Mastery
Because it doesn’t just teach you how to speak—
it teaches you how to tell stories. There is a big difference.
It reveals your voice, strengthens your confidence, and gives you the structure to transform your message into something meaningful and memorable.
I am so grateful. Thank you.
