Speaking and Influence Mastery has turned out to be truly therapeutic to me.
 I have struggled all my adult life with the uncontrollability of my life.
 Being diagnosed bipolar implied being insane making my successes seem purely coincidental.
 By learning how to investigate my life as a trunk of stories, I discovered I could rephrase it to a controllable 'vulnerability to stress' with which in turn, I was able to reclaim my sense of self-worth.
 Thank you Vishen for hosting all the wonderful programs on Mindvalley and Eric Edmeades for being the great teacher that you are!
