Speaking & Influence Mastery

"It finally gave me a clear roadmap for building talks that land, rather than just “winging it” or relying on inspiration"

I absolutely loved the Speaking & Influence Mastery program with Eric. The content is world-class, and Eric’s frameworks really work in real life. The Speaking Map, the Story Map, and his other structures finally gave me a clear roadmap for building talks that land, rather than just “winging it” or relying on inspiration. I walked away with tools I can use for keynotes, training, and everyday communication.
That said, there’s one important thing I wish had been communicated more clearly upfront:
You really need to be able to join the live sessions.
Before the program, it was emphasized that watching the replays would be fine. One of the most valuable parts of the course was the live breakout sessions, where we practiced the material in small groups. Because the calls were always on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. my time, I was usually in work meetings and missed all the breakouts. The content alone is excellent, but the training effect of those live sessions is a huge part of the value, and people should know that when they decide to join.
In combination with Speaking Academy, though, this has been nothing short of life-changing. The week in Miami was insane in the best possible way - I genuinely felt like I walked out as a different person. Things happened there I would never have believed beforehand:
 • If you arrive thinking, “That’s a story I will never tell,” you’ll probably end up sharing it.
 • If you swear, “I will not sign up for the finals; I’m terrified of speaking on camera in front of thousands,” you’ll likely find yourself signing up anyway.
The community, energy, honesty, and authenticity were incredible. It felt like a powerful speaking intensive and a kind of big group therapy session at the same time. The staff were amazing, the participants were brave and supportive, and I honestly fell in love with the people and the process.
 Bottom line:
 • Content & Frameworks: Outstanding and practical.
 • Community & Transformation: Off the charts.
 • Important Note: To get the full value, plan on attending the live sessions, not just watching replays.
I’d absolutely recommend this program - especially together with Speaking Academy - to anyone serious about growing as a speaker and as a human being.
