"Thank you for giving me the courage to share my voice"

1. I learned to use my authentic voice and that someone out there is waiting for my message
2. I don’t have to resonate with everyone, but if I can touch one with my message that is enough
3. Practice active listening with everyone and make them feel heard, not judged
4. Use various speed, intonation, melody, and pauses
5. Paint a picture in their head, share my feelings, show with hand gestures, and tell the story instead of bullet points. Bring them down there with you using a challenge then bring them up
6. Celebrate the people who hosted the event and the audience. Make them heroes and heroines
7. Forgive yourself for everything you have done in the past. They were just life experiences and lessons, and I am worth everything life gifts me just because I am.
8. Gave my first live webinar to 15 people on my birthday.

The topics were my experience at 40 Years of Zen, forgiving someone you love, and imposter syndrome. It was a major success and they all resonated with parts of the messages in some ways.

Thank you for giving me the courage to share my voice.
