Speak and Inspire

"One of the best quests I signed up for is Speak and Inspire"

I have been following Mindvalley practically since its inception and have watched it evolve and grow. One of the best quests I signed up for is Speak and Inspire. I've been teaching and speaking in public for close to three decades now. I'm a self-taught speaker. I've never taken a public speaking class. From teaching my first class with knees knocking and teeth clacking to improvise when asked to speak in public, I felt that I still needed some additional skills and techniques.
I've applied some of the techniques Lisa teaches like using my hands and my body, but I did it at an intuitive level, never purposefully. This quest is life-changing. I've applied techniques like becoming vulnerable, sharing my story, connecting at a deeply personal level and oh boy, did my audience ever thank me for that and from the comments I've received, I connected with them. Even on platforms like WebEx where as a presenter I cannot see who all is there. More so when I teach a class or seminar. Wow!!

"Lisa made me aware of the different ways to communicate with one person or a thousand people"

There was a lot of information that I will continually use as a reference. The best thing that I learned from her was the definition of "Fear", it made so much sense to me and I am grateful for that knowledge! No one around me, who mention they are fearful of anything, will escape the explanation...
