It is a surprisingly deep going course. This course not only teaches public speaking but teaches expressing yourself in every situation. It is a must do the course for everyone who can use support in learning to express oneself in all areas of life. I am grateful for this course. It's an ongoing process. Good communication is THE KEY to abundance, peace, and happiness.
I have developed a positive and supporting self-talk (I've learned to be my own best friend thanks to the mirror-work) and I speak more open and kindly with friends and family. I have become more openly communicative in an easy way in general (also with strangers).
I still repeat the lessons if I have to prepare myself for a "difficult" conversation. Especially the Carefrontation talks with my boss need some practice. In this area I, fortunately, can try again, trusting that I will do better next time.
Slowly I am becoming unstoppable.
