"I want to continue on the path to growth and becoming a confident speaker"

When I was 11 years old I had a traumatic experience when I was giving a speech in front of my peer group at School in Northern Ireland (200 boys) I completely 'choked' and actually fainted on stage. From then on, through, school, university, sports teams and most of my life I have managed to minimise and avoid public speaking. That's not to say my mouth didn't get me into trouble from time to time. Until last year I joined Toast Masters in Sydney Australia to overcome my fear of public speaking and over the course of a few months I managed to deliver 2 speeches in front of a small group. I joined Mindvalley because I want to continue on the path to growth and becoming a confident speaker.
