What is the achievement that I got from this quest in the first place is I learned to speak carefrontation. I learned to do it with my family, with my colleagues, with my friends, I learned to forgive myself. I learned to engage with a live audience. I learned to be vulnerable and authentic with my audience. And the biggest break thought for me was my first live video recording and my first Facebook live. And one of the really great changes that I experienced was when I did my first live talk at the local League of Storytellers.
