"Hopefully, I will involve and learn to do better"

I am not a native English speaker, but in the last five years, I am living in London with my family. I run my private medical practice in Central London, which is doing pretty well, considering the global situation, we all living in.
All my school years and through the university, I was a very focused student, but unfortunately, that had to do with writing and not speaking. This was my life. Reading tones of books and giving written exams. That made me a very shy and unconfident speaker. I need to change that and I need to go further up in my profession. Many times, I invited to speak to international Congresses and this is my nightmare. Not scientific, but with a stage frightening. Hopefully, I will involve and learn to do better. Best regards

I am really grateful to have taken this program. I have received a lot of gifts from this program. And the biggest gift I received was to learn to love myself to show up for myself before I show up for anyone else. I kind of knew the concept of loving myself for who I am, but now I feel...
