Before taking the program I had stopped living in the Bliss every day; it is a choice and I had just forgotten. Sonia's energy and the amazing suggestions were wonderful - I couldn't stop myself from doing the next lesson, then the next.
Going to continue with the exercises and listen to them all again. I just loved Sonia's joyful, enthusiastic voice and the energy that exudes from her with such confidence. When I grow up I want to be just like Sonia. LOL.
