Before this program, I was a person who only listened to my head—rational, logical, analytical decisions guiding my way. I did not understand what intuition was about or how it could help lead my life. Sonia's teachings literally transformed my life manifesto—to live life more fully, more authentically, being true to myself, and being completely expressive.
