"What a journey!"

I started the program as we entered in the year 2021.
The program is now coming to the end: Day 27.
What a journey!
I experienced the Alpha level of the mind and even the Theta level. I will never forget it.
I call the Silva Ultramind System, the dynamite meditation process because, yes, you will learn how to relax, but you may also experience changes in your life. In my case, it was an unexpected change. It concerns my affective life. It's too soon to speak about it, but let me tell you that I am confident in the tools that I now have to make sure that this change, and others that will come, will last forever. Thanks to Vishen for his precious guiding!
