This is rather a group story! until recently the emphasis in "hidden garden" was on taiji, yoga, qigong, voice liberation. always from regaining balance. however, it ignores the typical oriental foundation. during this mindvalley program, our lessons were thoroughly changed. Movement took on a completely different dimension. in qigong we practice the 333 - 222 - 111 technique, combining with the movements. a fantastic experience: we are now moving more and more from our center, alpha mind. students testify: I hardly think ... I feel, I really feel !!!! our lessons have become truly serene. Later, we will give more attention to "intuition" so we can inspire outher people! finally, we have discovered a deeper dimension; many thanks to this silva ultramind program!
