I'm on Day one of my quest. Starting out, I loved the reference to "The Buddha & The Badass." Made me smile. The short relaxation exercise was wonderful and I benefited...I felt at peace with myself. I want to intuit and envision my future, being well-grounded and open to learning all that's presented and I'm on my way!
