"Upon journaling after the exercise, I recalled that moment and noticed there was no ringing in my ears"

Before this program, I had a constant ringing in my ears. 
During the Day 1 Centering exercise/meditation, Vishen spoke of eyesight clearing and ringing in the ears disappearing. The small, fleeting ego voice in my head was skeptical. I let the thought pass and finished the meditation. 
Upon journaling after the exercise, I recalled that moment and noticed there was no ringing in my ears. A bit later I noticed the ringing has come back but not nearly as noticeable. I’m certain over the next several times of doing the Centering meditation, the ringing will be completely gone. Great stuff!!
