I learned a lot of ways to relax and meditate and practices to help achieve goals and healing animals and humans. However I didn't have any real breakthroughs and that might be because I am an Abraham follower for years with some success manifesting and was hoping this class would put me over the top as far as achieving my goals. I did learn a lot though.
