Of course, I grew up I kept some of the basics but life comes around and you forget about it.
A few years ago my mother reminded me about the technics that were thought and I have been looking forward to including them in my daily life again, now as an adult and more conscious. I started to search if there was a Silva seminar around since I would like to do a refresher but I couldn't find anything.
Time goes by then one day I saw Vishen doing the 3 finger technic and I said to my self, oh wow this guy knows about the Silva Method but I didn't pay more attention. So I believe when the Universe wants you to reconnect with that special information everything aligns, once again I came across the message I needed to hear, and here I am!! Thrilled to reconnect with the Silva Method! after 36 years.
