I thought it time to work on myself and be a better person, I had been a wife and a mother, had a very sick husband for years. I had a not so good childhood and as a result of that carried many scars. This program made me calmer and see things differently. I have been able to be more in the now. Seen things with different eyes, and I hope to get better yet to help others.
