I'm a lifetime learner and have a toolbox with methods I teach and practice. I treasure ways to connect the heart/brain on higher intuitive levels. I enjoy from pilates to meltmethod to heartmath and Dr. Joe Dispenza's work. I am now looking forward to studying the Silva Ultramind System and am looking for an accountability partner/s.
