I have been having slight problems cropping up of a pain here or a rash there...when I heard Vishen remark that we can use alpha to heal, I decided that every time I felt some negative, I would stop and simply allow alpha to rain over me. Doing that is working and the rash is itching less the pains are coming up far less...and this is giving me strength to find more ways to fulfill my quest both for increasing my intuition and furthering my ability to help people.
