Before this program I dealt with a level of constant anxiety that was a part of my life to the point that I was barely aware. I meditated regularly but was unable to achieve theta level very often. I believe that my thoughts were related to my illnesses but my belief was not secure. The most powerful impact from the Silva Mind Journey is a release from a great deal of that anxiety, a sense of surety that even if I don't have the answer in this moment it is coming very soon. A have more and more coincidences happen ( thinking of a person and they write me, or call my name in the house, thinking of a topic and it shows up as my next youtube video). My successes with the psychometry exercises have made me more certain of our connectedness. Which is a beautiful feeling. My strong advice is to do any Master Class that pops up as an option (If they appeal to you even a little). You wont regret it!
