The reason I enrolled in this Quest was because I read the first book of Jose Silva and I wanted to learn the Silva method. When I discovered that Mindvalley offered it, I felt excited and motivated to complete the Quest.
What I was hoping to achieve:
1) Tune into my intuition quicker
2) Be more aligned with my true self
3) Create powerful visualizations. I definitely reached new levels of relaxation and it is also easier to tune into my intuition.
Even if I didn't reach my other two goals, I feel satisfied because I discovered my psychic abilities and how they can help humanity.
