This class had a tremendous impact on me my entire life. I've been afraid of getting in touch with some of the gifts I have. Several things you said during our practice sessions gave me a new perspective on what I had been feeling (and fighting to a certain extent). Your instruction helped me to realize that it is not a selfish gift, but something I can use to improve the lives of my loved ones and EVERYONE I come in touch with.
My sister and I have talked a lot about what I learned that weekend. There are a lot of things I feel/see that I no longer feel wary of. And in some situations I have been able to make a difference thanks to your instruction on how to USE the senses rather than pull away and shut out what I was seeing/feeling, I've been able to stop whatever I'm doing and concentrate on those sights/feelings. It's amazing the things that have happened since I've let it open. I am going in the direction I should be, even though, which is a little strange to some, I don't know exactly where that is. It is a place that Silva will be a springboard for that I am sure.
