"Once I started the class, I understood the significance of the word relaxes"

I listened to the masterclass that was given on September 23rd which was an hour-long. During that time at 1:50 p.m. I received a download on the Silva UltraMind. For many years the word relax would always put me in a very calm and serene state. It didn't matter if I saw it, heard it or thought about it. I would instantly relax and I feel calm. 
Once I started the class, I understood the significance of the word relaxes. This word is used to induce the alpha and Theta state. How cool is that!
