After one session of SILVA training I was able to implement part of the system using 3-2-1 combined with a method for entering the quantum field at zero point -for a friend struggling with health issues and depression. This took about 5 minutes. His response was amazing. He reported that he had never been able to reach such a deep level of relaxation which allowed him to visualize and experience rewiring his heart for MEDIATING recurring arrhythmias. It's a powerful start that is propelling me to master the system.
