Dear Mindvalley Community, Although I had heard about the Silva Method for decades, I really didn’t know about all the wonderful topics we were going to work on and had never expected all the incredible tools we have acquired.
I decided to enroll in this Silva Ultramind System Quest because I wanted to gain some control over my mind and to relax and meditate more easily and better. I also wanted to find a way to connect with source/god and to make things easier in my life, as I recognize myself as an unlimited being, but I am still struggling in my old mind patterns.
To my amazement, during this Quest I have come across some unexpected surprises which I love such as Vishen’s devotion to Esther Hicks (and Abraham-Hicks), who I think give the most amazing spiritual teachings. I also love his most out-of-the-box sharings which I could mainly hear on the couple of interviews from ‘Your Free Journey’ I was able to listen to before it disappeared from my Mindvalley App, as well as in some of Vishen’s speeches in this Quest. Every time he would talk with a ‘small mouth’ about something regarded as ‘too weird’, I knew that the following would always be awesome!
During this Quest, I have learnt to relax and meditate much better. I hardly fail to practice three times a day for 15 minutes or more. I had been trying to meditate for years but I felt that it was really difficult for me to find that place of quiet mind and relaxed emptiness. The countdown exercise has been a major turning point!
From the very moment that I watched the presentation Masterclass for this Silva Quest, I started practicing the 100 to 1 countdown three times a day. My sleep improved almost immediately. I still use it, as I still don’t get the same state of relaxation from the 333-222-111 and/or 10 to 1 countdown. I expect that I will soon be able to get that same state of relaxation just by saying, e.g., 3,2,1. But in the meanwhile, I am happy to use a couple of 100 to 1 countdown if needed.
The 3-Scenes-Technique has also been amazing. I use it very often, nearly after each meditation session. I love the feeling of love and happiness I always get when I am on the third scene. It is a very useful technique to change the way we perceive things in life. This way, some issues that had been bothering me most of my life now have a very different meaning for me and do not disturb me any longer when I recall them. They are completely healed, and I now can think of them with love and bliss.
I haven’t connected so much with the Mental Video Technique, although I consider it an extremely powerful tool. I have just used it the two times requested during the Quest. It has not been so easy for me to detect the changes or the signs it provides within the following three days. However, I have to admit that it might have led me to the consistent and practical use of the 3-Scenes-Technique. For instance, I asked to have a better connection to source/God, and I had the idea of using the 3 Scenes Technique to heal my inner child. I have been doing so for the last weeks and I can feel greater general inner peace.
The Goals part of the Quest was strange at the beginning, but eventually very heart-warming. I felt comfortable and confident the first time we had to set goals. But the second time I felt lost! Really puzzled. I didn’t know what to write down. That day I felt terribly lost when doing the first part of the Mental Video Technique. Then I can’t tell what happened when using the 3 Scenes Technique after meditating, but I started writing the most inspired ideas. Yes!! Those were really my soul’s desires! So much so, that that night, when I had to do the second part of the Menta Video Technique, I couldn’t even remember what I had requested on that same morning! I think the 3 Scenes Technique and the focus when writing on the goal-setting had unlocked the answer.
As for the ‘Projection To’ parts of the Quest, I have really enjoyed them. I could see and feel very unexpected details. I like the new vision on and connection to ‘things’ which we usually regard as inanimated. It is a path to love and appreciate creation in a much deeper way. Now, my major challenge is the Case Working. I love this part of the Quest. I have had some remarkable hits, and many misses too. But I love this tool and I want to make the most of it because I like it it for itself, and because I love the abilities it unlocks in terms of healing, and of improved and faster ‘connection’ to my center, to others, to Source/God and to life itself.
I also find utterly compelling all the psychic skills described in the Quest which it can provide.
To sum up, so far, the most impact on the quality of my life has been that - I have achieved a way to
- easier, deeper relaxation
- better sleep and
- more energy during the day-time.
- Practicallity of 3 Scene Technique for actual healing and enhancing usually unreachable parts of myself.
- An improved – and still improving- connection to my inner-being/soul and to Source/God.
- I have some new lovely friends – my Tribe-buddies <3
- it is absolutely life-changing.
- it is practical and very useful.
- it is also very complete, as it encompasses many topics which complement each other.
I enjoyed going through all these teachings and tools in this 28-day display, with plenty of time to practice every lesson before addressing the next one.
- the Tribe-buddies organization is great.
- the beautiful Mindvalley website and app. All the videos and audios were beautiful and just perfect.
- the Mindvalley Community. I loved the organization provided to keep us students in touch, motivated, inspired and cared of. I appreciate the effort and good work of all its members.
Last but not least, a special mention should be given to its holistic approach to life and to all-that-exists which encompasses every aspect of Mindvalley’s teachings. I am really deeply grateful to have been given the opportunity to be part of this experience, for all I have learnt in this Quest and for all the improvements it has brought and will still represent to my life - and to life on planet Earth and in the Universe itself.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
