My daughter who is a tourism trade college student went to Austria to do her internship. She had to do everything from cleaning and waitressing to washing dishes. One day she decided to use the memory pegs learned at the course for memorising the four pageGerman language menu, including prices. The owner noticed her ability and employed her as the pay-waitress from then on. Of course, she enjoyed that work much more andearned a lot more money as well.
