Before this program, I had a hard time to understanding meditation and keep my focus to be in the relaxed state. But as soon as I completed my day 1, I was amazed by how easily you can go to alpha state. I've been practicing 321 technique to go to my center every morning since I started this quest and I'm planning to continue this for rest of my life as well. I would highly recommend this quest to anyone who is having second thoughts about this quest or having hard time in life with stress, problems and worries.
