Before the program, my goal was to improve my psychic ability. I had proof that something was working when I tried the psychometry exercises. I was able to describe the packaging of one of the items. That was pretty exciting for me. This was further enhanced with the Silva Cases online when I found myself getting hits. It was so interesting to experience that sense of knowing. I think making the conscious effort to go into the alpha and theta states outside of regular sleeping each day for the last month has helped. That seems to be key.
