This is my first day of the Silva Ultramind System. I am looking forward to reporting back after I have been using the system a little while longer. One of the things I am working on is achieving a profoundly deep, healing peace consistently, any time, in any place, and in any situation. I want this peace to radiate from me, and I want to be able to use it to help heal and soothe others - as well as myself. I have to say, after doing the first relaxation exercise, I was able to achieve a deeper level of relaxation MUCH faster than I normally do when I meditate. It was a very pleasing experience!
