"I recommend this course for many who would like to take better control of their minds"

Hi SIlva Tribe,
I took this course, to learn to access altered states of mind. I've always known there was more but not found a way I was comfortable going about learning to be and do more. I've learned how to centre which has helped my mind overall and also my being in the moment. I am also loving the feeling of being less helpless and a consequence of my love, rather than the designer.
 I recommend this course for many who would like to take better control of their minds, focus more and want to add to the world and help those in their family and communities and around the world - to be better and healthier.
