"I'm looking forward to my lessons"

This is me at the beginning of the program. I just finished my homework for day 1. I'm feeling overweight, sluggish and dealing with vertigo. So physically not feeling my best. The rest of my life is really pretty good. Moved to Pittsburgh, PA recently. Love my new home and friends. My family and close friends are all safe during this epidemic. I'm looking forward to my lessons.
