I found it stimulating, I mean I was able to completely relax. This is something I rarely do as I have a very active mind. It took me a while but I felt my arms and legs very heavy and that in itself is quite an accomplishment. I will continue and see if I can learn to truly relax on my own. Thank you for the opportunity to grow...I'm sure it will be beneficial to a lot of people, including myself.
