Namaste Tribe and Mindvalley, I am a regular practitioner of Kriya Yoga ( taught by Isha Foundation) for many years now so have been in touch with my Self in some way but entered the program to address other issues like career path and reaching true potential. I find my day unfolding in a very beautiful way on applying the 3 scene technique and have incorporated them into my daily meditation practices. The projection exercises and the case studies have been very revealing in terms of the power of our minds eye to see things unknown. However the 3 MIQs and the mental video technique have really shown me a way to get out off the rut that i was in an initiate the ideas that were long catching dust and needed a higher energy to push them into motion. I would to express my deep appreciation for the The Silva Ultramind Method to empower me to find, accept and change my life to align with my Cosmic Self.
