Before this program, I really had no idea, of how our mind works and no ability to enter to deeper states of mind.
The most wonderful experience i have is with deep relaxation, the mental video and with writing down miracles happening every day. I now feel that i m always tuned, with higher intelligence and my inner self.
I feel stronger, happier and I believe that I can drive my life to my ideal place, scope, as i can visualise all the details I want to live in my personal - family life and in my business professional life as well.
Also knowing that i might have the ability to heal and help other people, is just amazing. For me was really hard to get connected since my mother language is Greek, but although i believe i managed well.
Silva Method is unique and powerful and with Vishen as a teacher is even more powerful. Thank you for the learning and experience
