In 2001 I was going through a stressful emotional period that ended in the breakup of a relationship. In the few months before and after, I was experiencing excruciating back pain to the point of taking highly toxic medication to take me out of each crisis. It was then that by ‘chance’ I discovered online something called the Silva Method! In very simple ways I just followed the closed eyes above the horizon technique and countdown from 100 to relax and ease the pain and eventually, with the help of some stretching, my pain disappeared for good and I came off the strong pain killers.
Some years later, I was working on my latest novel, a dystopian book called The Vatican Games, when I realized that the basis to the Silva Method was crucial to the spiritual message I wanted to convey in the book, so that came to form the axis of my story. The Vatican Games was published in January 2020, just when COVID-19 started to be in the news, making my novel eerily relevant to the present times.
In July I was doing the 21 days of abundance program by Deepak Chopra when, during one of the online sessions, an ad for Mindvalley Silva Ultramind System caught my attention. Silva was not a name that I could ever forget, so I listened to the ad all the way through and once I finished the previous practice I took on this inspiring course.
I have just finished it and during its course, I found an agent who has taken two of my books including The Vatican Games to sell them to publishers throughout the world.
I will keep practicing the Silva Ultramind System to maximize the success of the book and all my previous literary work that is unpublished for now.
