Before this programme I had been praying for an evolved level of thinking. I am a counsellor using Hypnotherapy..Neuro- Linguistic Programming and Psychology as modalities. My white western wealthy life collapsed ( My book will be entitled.."A Life Held Together by Hairspray and Lipstick ") these learnings brought me back to life and allowed me to use these experiences to help others. I was looking for something that would expand my perception.. my training.. my intuition,my tolerance , and move me away from the academic elitism that I possess. This course .. parcelled in daily doses has been fulfilling exciting and transformational. I enjoyed the discipline and the anticipation of experiencing this everyday.
