"I can't wait to read and put into practice the next chapters."

I absolutely LOVED it! In fact, I couldn't believe how easy it was to reach my "center". It was very easy to concentrate and follow the instructions and I was really pleased to find that I was experiencing everything just as it was being described. I'm so hooked that I've been doing the exercise 2-3 times a day. I've even managed to get my husband into it - he's normally very skeptical about this "new age stuff" (as he puts it) but he's admitted that meditation is something that interests him.
