I have been wanting to learn meditation for many year now but haven’t really committed to it. I approached it with stress (e.g. is THIS meditation? Am I doing it right?). This is the first program that has really made it stick for me. That alone has made it worth it. And I’m really gaining benefits from all aspects of the course. Not yet really getting the cases and need more practice with the MVT and 3 screens but I’m excited to use them in my life. The biggest thing is that I now understand the different states of consciousness so I know where I am at any given moment and how to change my mental state. I can also get to alpha super quick and can just close my eyes and be calm. This is a game changer for me. I used to close my eyes and think but now I can control my thoughts more! Amazing!
