I do practice meditation before this program. It was all guided meditation. I still could not focus during those sessions. Thanks to Vishen for this wonderful program. I am so grateful that i am able to complete this program. And now I can meditate with no guidance. Being able to be at Alpha gives me total mind and body relaxation. I believe, with the knowledge i have gained thru this program, will be beneficial for my life.
