I started because I have Labrynthitis and was having vertigo, tinnitus, headaches and hearing loss continuously for 7 months. The Silva Method gave me hope and peace of mind to start researching where else I can get help and found it. Now the vertigo is gone, I don’t know for how long because I had it recurrent once a year for about 10 years, lasting no more than a month with treatment. This time it lasted for a year. I am much better, going back to my normal and better health, mind, energy. I started in February 2024, and I am still meditating daily and wanting to go every day further in my physical recovery and mental / spiritual growth.
