When I first attended Silva Method course, I came to prove once and for all that all these "nonsense" ideas about energy and visualizations are wrong. I'm an engineer and I believe in science.
So the first exercise I got was the wake up control. So I came back home and I said now I'll prove them wrong. I set the mental alarm on 7AM but then I said let's make it harder and I made it 6:55 and I slept with a smile on my face that I will wake up later on my physical "reliable" alarm clock and prove myself right. I opened my eyes, looked at the time, and here it was ... 6:55. What?!! It can't be that accurate! It must be a coincidence. I was a bit frustrated that it worked. I came back the next day to find other things I can prove wrong. And exercise after another they work like magic. And here I am three years later repeating the course with passion. Silva Method changed my life dramatically to the best. Thank you.
