During the Silva Ultramind Method I used the MVT to ask for guidance on the best method of marketing to grow my business. on day 3 I began getting insights of a training I had seen. Day 4 I saw a video from the person that had shared except this was now training he was doing showing how to market the business which was the system he had developed. I went back to the training I had access to on a different platform and re listened to it and heard him say that if you are marketing a 5K program "oh my god" this system will be so powerful. The great thing is that within myself I felt this to be the answer. In fact I already had all the pieces of the marketing puzzle in place having followed his first training. Now with this inspired assurance I am now confident to move full throttle forward with this. The second greats breakthrough has been with regard to my weight. I had struggled with being overweight for the most part of my life. I had yo yo dieted over and over tried weight watchers, read books. enrolled in programs, did intermittent fasting but always knew deep inside that unless I overcome the "paradigm" or 'state' of being overweight at mind level. all will be futile. This was evident every time I would start to experience results. The moment someone acknowledged how well I was doing, or how much weight I had lost, I would immediately sabotaged. It was as though my mind wanted me to be 'fat'. I remember reading the Jon Gabriel Method and his story of weight loss without dieting. I had read the book as part of my previous fixes. Only 1 week ago, I did the MVT again to ask for the best way for me to achieve a healthy body now at 49 so that I can be biologically younger in order to help many others manifest their life purpose. Within a day as I walked past the book, late at night, I was compelled to pick it up. I began reading it at midnight and didn't stop reading until 5am. I knew that if I could discover the reason why my body wanted me to be fat, I could turn the program off. Once again I did the MVT technique to ask for that guidance. A day later I was compelled to go back to the emotional part of the book and as I read all the different reasons for emotional obesity I could identify very strongly with 4 of them. I knew at that poin I didn't have to know what had happened specifically only that these resonated with me and having that awareness was enough for me to finally turn the fat (Famine And Temperature) as Jon describes off. I found his meditation only which I have began incorporating as part of my centerning exercise in the morning, lunch and evening. the noticeable changes already have been that I am not driven to weigh myself. Eating has now become a pleasure. I used to finish a meal withing a couple of minutes. Now I take my time. Not because I am counting consciously but because I simply feel that I want to enjoy the food. I am motivated to cook salads every day. I still eat what I want but started supplementing well and just enjoying food. I am yet to start exercising but in spite of that I have stopped all the negative chatter that used to pop up when I looked in the mirror. Now I just know that excess weight melts away with ease every day as I continue and know that it is only a matter of time before my body reflects the image I have created in my mind without effort. These have been the 2 biggest challenges of my adult life. Weight and having a business that succeeds. Now I have found the answer to both and am on my way to manifesting each on the physical plane. I have done a lot of study with Neville Goddard and Bot Proctor. The MVT and the 3 Scenes techniques were missing elements that have now allowed me to maintain control of my imagination during meditation for manifesting my goals. Thank you.
