I went to Silva training sessions some 40 Years ago. (I am now 80 years old). I have gained so much from the Mindvalley Silva course, and the depth it went to, and the understanding I now have of the Silva Method. 
The Mindvalley Silva Ultramind course is on a much deeper level, than any previous Silva courses that I attended.
